Ahmed Saud AL-HUMAIDHI

  • Admitted to appear before the Constitutional and Cassation Courts Mr. Al-Humaidhi is a former Kuwaiti judge who worked at various levels in the Kuwait judiciary such as Appellate circuits, Al-Kulliya Court (Court of first instance), summary courts, Rent and administrative courts (1999-2006). He disposed of a variety of commercial, civil, labour, rent, summary and administrative cases during his judicial career.

  • He commenced his judicial career as a Public Prosecutor (1991 – 1999) and gradually promoted to higher a level judge.

  • He also acted as a Deputy Manager Execution Department for the enforcement of civil judgments (2000 – 2002)
     

He attended the following courses held at Kuwait Judicial Studies Institute:

  • Public – Private sector partnership which was organized by International organization for law development.

  • International Human Rights law in international criminal tribunals

  • Summary judges training.

 

He delivered lectures on the following subjects at Kuwait Institute for Judicial Studies:

  • Civil and commercial procedures and law of evidence

  • Partnership law

  • Duties of secretaries of the first instance and appellate courts

  • Enforcement of judgments under civil and commercial procedural law to the judges of Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain.

 

He also worked in the office of Criminals of war and visited criminals of war of Yugoslavia and International criminal institute Italy.

Abudlla Abdul Wahab Ahmad AL-FAHAD

  • Mr. Al-Fahad worked in the Legal Advice and Legislation Department of Council of Ministers, State of Kuwait (1995 – 2006) and reached the position of Deputy (second) Assistant Consultant.

  • Before that he worked in Kuwait Fund where he was among one of the first Kuwaiti Lawyers who were appointed in the Legal department of the Kuwait Fund for Arabian Economic Development (1993 – 1994)

  • He did a six months course on Legal Terminology at University of California, San Diego, USA (“UCSD”)
